Monocoque-Inmold-Plus

The helmet is manufactured using the Casco Monocoque-Inmold-Plus process. In this process, the shell and core are joined to form an inseparable part. This results in an exceptionally lightweight as well as strong composite material with the highest load values and high impact absorption properties. An internal polycarbonate skeleton provides maximized safety. Impact forces are distributed over a larger area. The polyamide skeleton ensures that core parts of the helmet do not break apart during multiple impacts.
