Details of the BLACKROLL DuoBall 12

With a diameter of 12 centimeters, the DUOBALL 12 by BLACKROLL® is not only small and handy, but also incredibly effective. Two fascia balls have been cleverly combined here to massage parallel muscle strands, especially the spine. Best of all, you don't need outside help to self-massage because the product consists of two fascia balls that seamlessly blend together.

The distance between the balls is deliberately chosen to leave out the spinous processes during self-massage of the spine. This way, you can massage the muscle cords that run next to the thoracic and lumbar spine at the same time. In addition, the double ball is suitable for self-massage of the flanks, thighs, arms and calves.

Due to the diameter of 12 centimeters, you can work on large areas as well as selectively to work on tense muscles and triggers. In this regard, the DUOBALL 08 can be a valuable addition to reach deeper muscles and enhance the massage effect. In combination with the BALL 08 and BALL 12, you can selectively work individual muscles, especially the shoulder area, calves and buttocks.

Due to the narrow middle part, the bony structures, especially the spinous processes of the spine, the tibia and fibula, the ulna and the radius, are left out. In this way you can massage not only the muscle strands that run next to the spine - you can also use the DUOBALL for your forearms and upper arms, your shoulder (deltoid muscle) and legs. If you encounter triggers during the massage, dwell on these points a little longer to loosen the tense muscles. For the neck area, the DUOBALL 08 massage ball is a bit more suitable because it is a bit smaller with a diameter of eight centimeters.
